LEAD ANTENNA ENGINEER
Cutting-edge antenna company needs a lead antenna engineer with excellent hands-on experience and strong design and fabrication expertise to develop new products for commercial and government customers. From day one you will lead the antenna engineering effort for the funded development of antennas for vital government uses.
DUTIES
- Transform proof-of-concept and prototype antenna designs into cost-effective producible products as engineering leader of a small team.
- Optimize performance/price/quality of products driven by customer requirements
- Work directly with Chief Technology Officer
- Be responsible for the quality of engineered product
COMPETENCIES
- 10+ yrs of direct antenna product design engineering expertise
- Hands-on antenna laboratory and production experience
- Use of software and hardware tools of the trade
- Military product development experience a plus

PART-TIME ANTENNA ENGINEER
Fractal Antenna Systems, Inc. invites queries for a part-time engineer to conduct antenna research and development. We anticipate the hire will not be seeking a full-time position but wants to continue to keep his or her hands in the mix and having fun at the leading edge of antennas and electronics. Salary, benefits, and hours negotiable (commensurate with experience), but consideration will only be at a ¼ to 2/3 full-time. U.S. citizenship or permanent resident required
